Dr. Mack
Dr. Mack attended Bowling Green State University for his undergraduate education. He received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from Case Western Reserve University in 2005. Upon his graduation from dental school, Dr. Mack came home to the Toledo area to practice dentistry. Dr. Mack is a member of the ADA, ODA, and TDS The Black Swamp Study Group, Pankey Institute, and AAFE.
Dr. Mack and his family live in Sylvania, Ohio. He and his wife, Lori, have been married since 2002. They have three sons, Ethan, Gavin, and Carter. The whole family is very active and enjoys various activities such as golf, squash, pickleball, skiing, and riding bikes.
Shannon
Office Manager
Shannon is from Holland, Ohio. She has been in the dental field since 2001 starting as a Certified Dental Assistant. She is married with 3 kids- 2 girls and 1 boy. When not at work she enjoys the outdoors, working out, cooking, concerts, and spending time with her family and friends.
Shannon works closely with our patents to ensure they understand their dental needs, achieve optimal dental health, and maintain a beautiful smile! Her knowledge and exceptional drive for professionalism are always present when you meet her.
Shannon sets the foundation to provide exceptional patient care in the practice by skillfully selecting a strong team of individuals to lead. Implementing the use of the latest technologies in the industry and promoting constant change to improve and better herself and her staff. Dental Hygienist
Pam graduated from Ohio State. She has been a Hygienist for 22 years.
Pam lives in Whitehouse with her husband Dave and their 18 year old daughter, 15 year old son, and 14 year old son. When not at work Pam enjoys watching them play Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, and Track. She loves vacationing, scuba diving, skiing, and mountain biking with her family to make memories.
